With over 10 years of experience in customer service, I pride myself on being a dedicated professional who values teamwork and creating positive experiences for both customers and colleagues. Experience

I have a diverse range of experience in customer service, maintenance, and team collaboration. In my retail role, I welcomed customers, assisted them in locating items, and offered price checks, all while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. I ensured that the store was organized by recovering aisles and putting away misplaced items. I was always punctual, and if ever delayed, I communicated proactively with my supervisor. My duties also included general store maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces to maintain a clean environment.

In a landscaping and environmental maintenance role, I assisted with tree trimming and park upkeep to create a more sustainable environment. I cleaned parks and recreation centers by removing trash, weeds, and debris, while working closely with my team to foster a collaborative and positive atmosphere.

Additionally, I worked in a care facility where I was responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, administering medications as prescribed, and preparing meals for patients, including breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

In my role with property maintenance, I handled general upkeep, including ensuring rooms were clean and laundry was done. My strong customer service skills developed through guest interactions, and I utilized my experience to train and mentor new hires, helping them integrate into the team effectively.

Education

I hold an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Computer Networking Systems, providing a strong foundation in network configuration, troubleshooting, and security. Additionally, I have a High School Diploma, which helped establish the academic groundwork for my further studies in IT.
