With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics, and campaign management, I am a Senior Analyst at Wunderman Thompson, a leading global creative agency. I have the Google Analytics Individual Qualification and multiple skills in customer relationship management, data integration, and A/B testing.

As a Senior Analyst, I support various clients in measuring and optimizing their online performance, using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, and Mouseflow. I also source and transform web metrics data using Microsoft SQL and SSIS, and produce custom reports and dashboards. I pride myself on being meticulous, proactive, and collaborative, and on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Using Google Tag Manager, tagged all Marines.com recruiting domains and subdomains, Hexagon.com (and many of their subdomains), VisitUSVI.com, JiffyLube.com, GACommuteOptions.com and ThanksFromJiffyLube.com. Produced reporting for these clients using Google Custom Reports and Looker Data Studio. Implemented AB testing using Google Optimize and Mouseflow.

Sourced Webtrends web metrics into a Microsoft SQL database using Microsoft SSIS, improving reporting and facilitating the transition to Google Analytics (i.e. we could walk away from Webtrends WITHOUT walking away from years of data).

Re-wrote the client Microsoft SQL nightly reporting process, cutting the run time in half and removing all previous points of failure from the process. Replaced existing Crystal Reports and Xcelsius Dashboard reporting with SSRS and Excel reports, simultaneously shorting report run time and the report delivery window. Replaced Business Objects Voyager reporting with Business Object WebIntelligence. Documented the production of all on-going reports and transitioned their production to others.

Obtained a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and minor concentration in Computer Science. Received the President's Leadership Scholarship and the James Danley Memorial Scholarship. Appeared on either the President's or Dean's Honor Role every semester and was a member of Alpha Chi. Swam with the ‘Greater Ada Gators’ competitive swimming club.
