Energetic and nationally accomplished middle-distance specialist with 25+ years of athlete development experience and a proven record of producing Division I performers, national qualifiers, and championship-caliber programs. Former NCAA All-American and U.S. National Team member with deep expertise in 800m–1500m performance modeling, biomechanical efficiency, and progressive training systems. Recently relocated to Central Ohio and actively seeking collegiate coaching opportunities.
