Improving operations, connecting the organization to its community, physicians, staff and patients motivate me greatly. My experiences were gained in highly competitive urban, suburban and rural markets as well as managed care negotiating experience. I enjoy working in many types of environments including matrixed, independent and corporate/local hybrid models. My experience spans for-profit, non-profit, investor-owned, public, private equity-backed and community-owned facilities and systems. Community and customer engagement and margin improvement has been a mainstay of my career thus far. I enjoy outdoor travel, motorsports, college football and volunteering.
