My name is Dorothy Mutisya, and I’m a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience supporting organizations through thoughtful HR operations, systems management, and employee engagement. I’ve worked with major companies like Fresenius Medical Care and Broadridge Financial Solutions, where I’ve developed a strong foundation in HRIS systems, payroll coordination, compliance, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

As an Administrative Assistant at Broadridge Financial Solutions, I organized holiday events and coordinated meals for large meetings.

Community Involvement and Service

 I am passionate about community service and have been actively involved in a variety of charitable initiatives. My experience includes helping to set up company fundraising events and golf tournaments, which have not only supported the Company’s organizational goals but also contributed to the broader community. I have participated in activities such as feeding the homeless and taking part in breast cancer walks, all in support of important causes like HIV/AIDS awareness, elder care, and efforts to combat homelessness.

These experiences reflect my belief that meaningful work extends beyond the office—it’s about making a difference in people’s lives.

I attended Minnesota State University in 1999 and transferred to Georgia State University in 2001- 2004 for BA in Marketing, however I did not graduate.
