Donshala Newman

I am an aspiring Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with hands-on experience in patient care, administrative support, and clinical procedures. Passionate about delivering compassionate, efficient healthcare, I am dedicated to supporting medical teams and improving patient outcomes. My goal is to contribute to high-quality care while continuing to expand my skills and knowledge in the healthcare field.

I bring experience from both healthcare and retail settings, currently working as an Inventory Associate with WIS International, where I ensure accurate inventory management. Previously, as a Dietary Aide, I supported patient meal preparation and delivery, focusing on care and attention to dietary needs. These roles have strengthened my precision, teamwork, and service skills, which I’m excited to carry forward as I pursue my CCMA certification and a career in medical assisting.

Completed a Certificate in Medical Assisting at Muncie Career Center, covering both clinical and administrative skills including phlebotomy, EKGs, patient care, medical office procedures, and healthcare law and ethics. Currently preparing for the National Healthcareer Association Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam to further validate my skills and commitment to the healthcare field.
