I did customer support and warehouse my whole career I’ve also been on second or third shift my whole career this is what I prefer but I can actually do any shift. I’m passionate about setting goals and trying to reach those goals on a nightly basis I am a people person I love to help people and I think it takes a certain person to be able to support internal and external customers. They have to feel special  and you have to go above and beyond to help them in anyway possible. I know that in the stockroom setting accuracy is of the utmost importance. it takes a little while to realize that fast is good but not if you’re making mistakes. 

Picking, put away, aggregation, consolidation, cycle count and reconciliation all with an RF unit. I rotated on a nightly basis with one other coworker running the support window for our internal and external customers and then actually delivering the parts to the Production , Customer Service and Flighttest hangers. We packaged parts to ship out to our other customer service centers and external customers some who had AOG’s. We worked with Fed-ex,UPS, USPS,  AFC, Hotshot couriers ect. I received parts in that came in on the dock , verifying correct part numbers and quantities. We loaded and unloaded trucks. I was yearly certified on a forklift, Sidewinder, electric pallet jack, stock chaser, scissor lift and overhead crane.
