As a Contracts Manager, I oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from creation and negotiation to execution, monitoring, and renewal, ensuring compliance and maximizing value for the organization. The agreements I typically work with are master, supply, distributor, placement, and equipment leasing agreements. I also handle Scopes of Work (SOWs), Riders, Addendums and Amendments.

I partner with my organization's sales teams and other internal stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
