I’ve worked in customer service for about 3+ years. I started in fast food at Dairy Queen and worked into retail. I’ve worked at Walmart doing personal orders, picking up orders for customers and dispensing them out to the delivery drivers. I’ve worked at Lowe’s as a retail cashier working lumber as a cashier Also working the assisted self check out where I would assist customers at the self checkout when they need it whether it be helping them get into their member account and military discount or if there’s just some type of problem I’ve worked garden as cashier and Lowe’s and the other jobs I’ve worked are Wendy’s Burger King Domino’s and Dairy Queen I have great customer service and communication skills. I’m great at problem-solving and can work well under pressure. I’m able to talk to customers while upset and stay calm myself and make sure everything gets situated. I’m also becoming a cyber security analyst. I have two certificates already, but I’ve decided to finish school first and then finish getting my certificates.

With all the years I’ve worked I’ve developed excellent customer service skills excellent communication skills excellent problem-solving skills the ability to adapt in fast paced, environments the ability to work well under pressure and stay calm, even if a customer is extremely upset the ability to multitask on different jobs.

I am in CNM right now to get my GED I start February 2, but I am educated. I have taught myself a lot already, but I’m going to school to make sure I know everything correctly before I take the test.
