High qualifications and  experience and education in the medical field .My responsibilities; included performing routine and complex laboratory  procedures. That required extensive and cognitive problem solving skills. I operated and maintained laboratory equipment ,and the quality of tissue processing. I consistently verified ,evaluated and resolved quality control results and problems. I also performed administrative duties that were necessary for the laboratory to function effectively. 

My specialty is embedding and cutting specimens. I used instrumentation for tissue dehydration, section clearing. impregnation with paraffin and staining of slides. Recorded number of tissue blocks verifying proper identification and labels. Assisted the Pathologist in gross examination of surgical specimens' also did operation of automated strainers
