Created and currently maintaining a chat bot written in Python script, for personal use in livestreams. This bot automatically connects to IRC channels, confirms with the server about its status, and automatically responds to commands from the live chat. Currently planning an unnamed windows form project to be created in C# in the .NET framework, using industry standard design patterns in order to display complex table-top gaming information to the user. This project will be using SQLite as a database for persistence data storage. This position also allows for my continuing education utilizing the platform Pluralsight in order to take classes and lectures in order to keep my skills sharp and keep up on cutting edge technology.

Created and maintained users in MS Active Directory and M365, including managing domain access for all users. Utilized Jamf to manage and update the 500+ devices that students used on a daily basis. Utilized TeamViewer to administer remote troubleshooting for staff at distant training centers. Point of contact for the developer of our in-house tracking software for feature requests and troubleshooting. Designed, created, and maintained web pages for the center’s website using WordPress. Managed virtual and physical servers at each training center, performing routine maintenance and patching. Created and maintained weekly classes through Canvas LMS and managed student access to those classes. Advised and consulted about future purchases and budgets for the IT department.
