• Provided procedures according to the rehabilitative care plan, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, etc. 
• Assessed patient’s progress and communicated under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Reported effectiveness of treatment outcomes to OTR. Documented all regulatory and clinically required information.

• Consulted with other direct care staff and worked with caregivers to implement home exercise programs. 
• Tested neuro-muscular, motor, cognitive and psycho-social skills. Conducted splinting and skin checks to maintain joint range of motion and function. 
• Facilitated ADLs, IADLs, Cognitive therapy, Neuromuscular facilitation, energy conservation techniques and proper safe use of adaptive equipment.
