•Conduct market salary/hourly studies, making recommendations as needed. 
•Review staffing needs and work with the Operations team in creating and implementing recruiting and staffing action plan(s).
•Work with Regional Managers, Terminals and Terminal/Warehouse Management team to adhere to the individual staffing plan. 
•Periodically conduct staffing needs assessment and analyze staffing trends and market conditions to keep our operations fully staffed. 
•Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, employees, colleges/trade schools and online platforms.
•Development of job descriptions.
•Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, techniques and implementation. 
•Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, ATS system and in other position appropriate venues. 
•Management of advertisements and coordination of relevant internal and external communication
•Review and prescreen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. 
•Establish and maintain a pipeline of employees for all levels across 4 business models. 
•Utilize internal recruiting and hiring resources to track our staffing needs. 
•Drive the “Best Practices” of passive recruiting techniques-placement of ads, in-store advertisements and the development of recruiting campaigns.
