I am a decorated yoga teacher with years of experience. I specifically know how to build a business from the ground up and have plenty of leadership and creative qualities to lead my team to the finish line. Currently I am the studio manager of a yoga studio. 

I’m a dynamic leader with a strong track record in business operations, client success, and wellness management. I’ve helped scale startups, lead cross-functional teams, and streamline systems to drive meaningful growth across industries—from hospitality to health tech. As a studio manager and yoga instructor, I combine strategic thinking with heart-centered leadership to grow memberships, improve operations, and build strong, inclusive communities. My experience spans roles like Client Success Director, General Manager, and COO, all grounded in my commitment to service, structure, and execution. I thrive in spaces where vision meets action, and I bring care, clarity, and ambition into every role I take on.
