Hi there! I'm Derrik.

I'm a dynamic and versatile hospitality pro with 14+ years in the game including bar and restaurant operations, beverage programs and development, and fine dining service. I've worn many different hats in high-volume concepts, craft bartending, wine sales and service, private events and more. I'm passionate about curating exceptional guest experiences and working with great teams.

I believe the greatest differences can be made in seemingly minute details, I’m a solutions oriented person with a can-do attitude, and I’m always ready to roll with the punches.

I’m also currently the beverage director for a local group called Rumors that hosts events and parties. The role is enjoyable and dynamic - and it allows me the flexibility to commit fully to a home-base opportunity or take on other projects.
