I'm a fitness professional with a deep background in dance.  For the past 20 years, I have worked as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in Hong Kong, Singapore and Los Angeles.

I'm a former professional dancer with an athletic background and over 30 years of teaching experience.  I'm experienced working with all fitness levels and ages and have had the opportunity to live and work in North Carolina, Florida, Hong Kong, Singapore and now Los Angeles.

Education

I have received certifications in TRX, ViPR, Mat Pilates, Dance, Rebounder, Indoor Rowing and HIIT Formats.  BA in Communications with experience to lead departments and teams.
