Denise Perez

Since 1999, I have been a part of the healthcare system, starting as a Surgical Technologist and First Assistant before transitioning into Sterile Processing. Today, I am a Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST), taking pride in supporting safe, efficient surgical care behind the scenes. With over two decades of experience in the OR and sterile processing, I am deeply passionate about quality, teamwork, and most importantly, continuous learning. My dedication to learning inspires me to constantly improve and adapt in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.  I also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Human Resources.

I took the Sterile Technician course in Puerto Rico, as well as earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees.  Later, when I moved to the USA, I took and passed the exam for CRCST.
