 I love helping people resolve issues. I am currently a Telephone Systems Analyst with the IRS and I am looking for a Part-time position to supplement my income. I know this will be a great opportunity for me to become a part of the Amazon Family!

I currently work as a Telephone Analyst for the Internal Revenue Service. I assist Front line managers, Dept. Managers and Customer Service Representatives with telephone issues. For example ensuring the third shift employees are logged into the Finesse Phone System. I assist when issues arise and employees are not able to access Cisco/Jabber/Finesse, etc. I help to resolve any phone issues for the Accounts Management Department. I have served as a Recruiter and helped to recruit 1000's of  new employees virtually during the COVID-19 Pandemic, to become Tax Examiners, Clerks and Pathways Internships. I have served as a manager, instructor, tax examiner, etc., through out my 16 years as an employee with the IRS. 

I currently have a Master of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. I received both degrees from Southern University at New Orleans in 2002 and 2006. I received a certificate from ACC, in NonProfit Leadership, in June of 2014.
