I'm Delemani, for a decade, I've dedicated myself to enriching the lives of adults, seniors and children's. My journey began with a deep-seated desire to support their independence and well-being. Previous care roles solidified my passion (check my resume). I find fulfillment in providing residents, resident family and team members with reliable support. As an assistant living manager (ALM) my role is Manage daily operation of the facility. Advocate for the residents. Oversee the team of care givers, med tech. Develop personal care plan to the residents. Support team members as the provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services to residents in accordance with their Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Bathing, grooming, dental hygiene, escorting to dinning, activities, bathroom, dressing, tidying their bedroom. Document care, report any change on behavior or condition. Maintain a safe clean and secure environment, report incident follows with proper documentation. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history, I communicate each individual using their preferred method, including writing daily reports. I am compassionate, approachable and detail oriented.

Experience
Provide care monitoring, maintaining operational efficiency supporting staff with hands on activity of daily living; Assist with meals, bath, administer medications, with finger stick, documentation indication to ensure safety.
