I spent 20 years in the commercial construction industry in Alaska - both remote villages and the Anchorage area. I strive to deliver projects on-time and on-budget. There are no problems - only challenges with solutions.

Experience

Driven project manager with 10+ years of vertical construction management experience for corporate, public, and private clients. Strong history in delivering budget requirements and timeline targets. Managed vertical construction projects up to $13MM - both remodel/TI and new construction. Negotiated sub/supplier buyouts, created budgets and schedules, weekly job cost review/forecasting, and project closeout. Estimating new construction and tenant improvement projects. Implemented company-wide safety program and procedures. Led the delivery of job specific SWPPP plans and procedures. Served as liaison for municipal and state permitting processes, as well as subsequent change orders and final CO’s.
