Experience

 

  • Ensure District Wide Compliance with applicable federal and state statutory requirements: IDEA/ Extended Learning Programs/21st Century Grants/ School Safety Grants Programs/ Human Resources and School Finance areas applicable to Student Services. 
  • Support and Collaboration regarding required training in areas of Student Services/Extended Learning -  Extended Learning Programs/ PBIS( Positive Behavioral Intervention Support )/ MTSS ( Multi Tiered Systems of Support)/ Human Resources and School Finance in areas of grant funded programs/ initiatives. 
  • Collaborate in the development of department strategic and tactical plans for District ESS ( Exceptional Student Services) , Curriculum and Instructional Programs, District Data Management, Extended Learning Programs/ SEL Programs/ Human Resources and School Finance   
  • Co-Develop a new integrated system of student data platform in order to suffice and ensure compliance and accountability in areas of data control and student data compliance within Federal and State Regulations with a student/staff data  conversion of 10+ years within platforms.
  • Co-Develop and co- manage 22  million  figures  Federal and Local Grant budgets: IDEA/ School Finance ( District) 
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state statutory requirements: IDEA/ School Finance.( District) 
  • Oversee  district's daily operations as Superintendent’s Designee during Superintendent’s absences. 
  • Collaborate in the development of department strategic and tactical plans for District ESS Programs, District Data Management,  District School Safety Lead.   
  • Educate, advise and collaborate with corporate executives at District Wide Site Leaders, Directors and District Officials
  • Co-Develop a new integrated system of student data platform in order to suffice and ensure compliance and accountability in areas of data control and student data compliance within Federal and State Regulations with a student/staff data  conversion of 10+ years within platforms. 
  • Develop and manage million  figure  federal and local budgets. 
  • Supervise Facilities, Operations and Maintenance of multiple schools
  • Manage and oversee Human Resources and Employee Relations including negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state statutory requirements.
  • Educate, advise and collaborate with corporate executives
