I have been a IHSS caregiver for 25 years to my beautiful daughter, now Angel. 

I have trach experience. I have G-tube experience. I understand feeding machines, oximeters, oxygen, suctions machines and humidification machines etc. and I'm a Fast Learner… I can learn whatever you teach me according to your needs. Housekeeping grocery shopping medical appointments all okay with me.

I spent the last 11 years in my home without leaving to care for my daughter. Neither my daughter, her nurse nor I, have ever caught covid. We both live in the same complex and stayed home and shopped online. And I am vaccinated * 3

 I am 100% dedicated, loyal, trustworthy and very patient. 

I have great references am ready to work ASAP. I need an IHSS case with at least 30 hours a month just to keep my health insurance.

My daughter passed away last month and I have grieved her and now I must continue on as she would like… I am ready to go out there and be the light that somebody needs to keep them going and make them feel special and cared for. I do not have elderly experience but I'd be willing to learn. I need to do something besides sit here and lose the home that we shared together. 2 Drug and Alcohol Certificate.       

Completed  3 semesters of Sociology, 3 semesters of psychology, 1 semester of political science 1 semester of philosophy … all credits still available to finish to get my license in either field I choose.

3 Multiple refresher courses in CPR and First Aid

4. Became IHSS Provider 1997 for My Daughter.

Unemployed as of May 10th 2022.  😥

Have taken time to grieve and have brand new scrubs and ready to go. Must pay bills!
