In the aerospace and defense sector, I have delivered high‑precision mechanical, electrical, and electronic assembly training for mission‑critical programs at Boeing Defense and Lockheed Martin Space. I develop and refine curriculum aligned with IPC, military, and NASA standards, lead certification programs, and implement training systems that reduce rework and repair, elevate quality, and accelerated employee readiness. Experience

Highly accomplished Certified IPC Trainer and Mechanical/Electrical Instructor with extensive experience delivering technical training, workforce development, and production support across aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, and corporate environments. Holds multiple advanced certifications including CIT IPC J‑STD‑001 (with Space Addendum), IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑WHMA‑A‑620, IPC‑7711/7721, and NASA 8739.1B Level B Instructor.

 

Demonstrated success supporting major aerospace programs—including PAC‑3, SLS, Ground Missile Defense, and multiple Boeing and Lockheed Martin platforms—by conducting initial training, re‑certifications, skills assessments, virtual training sessions, and hands‑on performance evaluations. Expert in soldering, cable and wire harness assembly, mechanical torquing, bonding/grounding, conformal coating, inspection criteria, blueprint interpretation, and rework/repair operations on electronic assemblies.

 

Proven ability to design, update, and deliver curriculum; implement 5S and inventory control systems; collaborate with SMEs; maintain training records; and ensure compliance with industry, company, and regulatory standards. Experienced in field, classroom, laboratory, and on‑the‑job training environments, with a strong track record of identifying skill gaps, elevating employee performance, and supporting continuous improvement.

 

Brings additional leadership experience in project management, operations, financial services, and sales training—strengthening communication, coaching, and organizational capabilities. Holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Accounting.
