Fast Track EMS - Dispatcher & Event Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, nursing homes, and clients scheduling medical transport, ensuring client needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Manage daily and event schedules, coordinating the logistics of transport crews and employees, while ensuring timelines are met and resources are effectively utilized.
• Review and maintain accurate records of client requests, crew reports, and event details, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation.
• Lead the onboarding process for new dispatchers, providing training on best practices and ensuring smooth transitions into the role, which resulted in a 25% efficiency increase within the department.
