In 2016, I made a pivotal career transition to focus on my procurement aviation firm and my true passion—coaching and healing. As a certified Embodiment Life Coach, Sujok Therapist, Energy Healer, speaker, and podcast host, I offer a unique fusion of technical expertise and emotional intelligence.

I am the creator of the Inward Journey program, a comprehensive pathway focused on guiding women toward self-acceptance and self-love. My broad coaching spectrum covers 1:1 sessions, group coaching, sacred women's circles, and full-immersion retreats in Costa Rica. Additionally, I offer master classes that blend my technical background with holistic practices, creating an emotionally vibrant yet technically sound workspace.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in breaking free from limiting ancestral patterns and guiding clients through inner child healing.
