Dayanara Pineda

I am a junior at Hofstra University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Latin American & Caribbean Studies. With a strong foundation in Java, Python, and web development, I am passionate about creating user-friendly applications and solving complex problems. My experience as a Lead STEM Instructor at Morrison Mentors has strengthened my ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, while my roles in digital media and customer service have honed my adaptability and project management skills. Outside of tech, I have a deep love for music—whether it's discovering new artists or playing an instrument, I always find inspiration in sound. I am eager to continue growing as a developer and making meaningful contributions to innovative tech solutions.

I have a diverse background in software development, STEM education, digital media management, and customer service. As a Lead STEM Instructor and Marketing Coordinator at Morrison Mentors, I develop and teach STEM curricula while managing digital marketing efforts. In my role as Lead Server and Digital Media Manager at Parmagianni, I oversee online ordering systems, train staff, and manage digital content. My experience spans programming in Java, Python, and web development, as well as leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
