Responsible for researching grant opportunities and funding sources. Member of the grant writing and grant regulation teams. Responsible for coordination, implementation, and oversight of clinical research studies in compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory standards. Managed daily operations for assigned sponsored programs, including start-up, recruitment, enrollment, follow-up, and closeout activities. Ensure adherence to study protocols and ethical standards. Maintained accurate and timely source documents, case report forms and entries into electronic data capture systems. Participated in feasibility assessments, study visits, interim monitoring, and audit preparation. Ordering supplies needed for study visits and staff scheduling according to protocol specificity and budget constraints. Ensuring regulatory processes, team member training and licensure updates as needed. Working with directors to help recruit private funds by hosting special events and workplace tours and assisting investigators with relevant clinical information needed for grant and scientific writing. Participant recruiting as needed and managing physician schedules needed for study visits. Conduct quarterly meetings with investigators on study updates and clinical management tasks. Quality control for equipment and team member standardization and employee satisfaction and development programs.
