I am a results driven professional with over 15 years in customer service, supply chain operations, and strategic account leadership, supporting some of the nations largest retailers. My strengths lie in building customer-centric processes, resolving operational gaps, and leading cross-functional teams in both remote and in person environments.
I specialize in order to cash/invoicing processes, ERP systems (Infor/M3), EDI integration, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost to serve and elevate the customer experience. I thrive in fast paced, evolving environments where collaboration and proactive leadership make the difference.
Experience
I have always performed customer facing roles and enjoy working on my own as well as with a team. I perform well under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment where problem solving, and efficiency management are key. My latest role managed the department performing the order to cash process including customer management, credits/debits, invoicing, returns, status updates and issue resolution for retailers (Walmart, Costco, Target, etc.) This included collaboration with the planning, production, warehousing, transportation, sales and finance teams.
