About Dawn Baird:

I’m interested in a full-time Chaplain position.  With my current role, I’ve honed my skills in providing compassionate care tailored to the unique spiritual needs of patients, families, and staff. Engaging with a diverse array of beliefs and values has been a central part of my experience, and I’m committed to delivering respectful and effective pastoral care within the highest APC standards.

I’ve worked collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams, offering spiritual assessments and support during challenging times, including end-of-life situations. My role has allowed me to educate staff on faith-specific care needs, ensuring we provide holistic support that honors each individual’s background. I also perform end-of-life ceremonies and lead various spiritual rituals, guiding families through their difficult moments with sensitivity and grace.

I am genuinely passionate about the role of chaplaincy and look forward to the opportunity to bring my skills and dedication to your team. I would love to discuss how my experiences align with the needs of your organization.
