WHO I AM: I am a dedicated human resources professional and true partner in people operations with extensive experience guiding organizations through rapid growth, expansion, and operational change. For the past decade, I have earned recognition for my successes and received promotions within the first year of my tenure. Recently, I completed my SHRM-CP certification, which added formal training to my considerable professional experience.

WHAT I DO: I am fulfilled by others’ achievements and do whatever I can to help people connect with their passion. As an HR leader, I invest in all stages of the employee lifecycle—from the first interview to their happy exit years later—to ensure each person has an excellent work experience. This applies not only to full-time employees, but also to volunteer, contract resources, and anyone else who interacts with our organization.

WHY IT MATTERS: I believe that human resources should work for the people. An invested and supportive manager or capable coworker can transform an unhappy workplace into a thriving hub of innovation and productivity. I serve others as a team player, supportive ear, and insightful collaborator in order to create a culture that empowers everyone and motivates excellence.

WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: With a background in teaching and counseling, I have finely honed emotional intelligence and compassion for all of the people I serve. However, it is my humility that makes me an excellent partner in business because I focus on lifting others’ burdens, solving their problems, and adding value everywhere I can.
