Taco Bell HQ | May 2023– December 2023 | Service Desk Analyst | Irvine, CA 

▪ Remotely deployed POS system upgrades, guided on-the-field technicians through physical POS device installations, and responded to help desk calls for Taco Bell restaurants. I worked on the Annspire Project, where my team and I completed installation, maintenance, and over-the-air updates for over 25,000 user endpoints at over 6000 Taco Bell locations. I had direct communication with clients to coordinate installations. 

▪ My daily toolset use was varied. PuTTy was used for linux server management, Teamviewer to remote into all restaurant end-user points, and Esper for Android device management and configuration. Service Now was used for ticketing, documentation, and knowledge base use. 

▪ At the end of a workday, I compiled and summarized details for all installations. This report was essential for escalating outstanding issues, and visualizing the overall progress of the Annspire project to Taco Bell executives. Microsoft Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and Project from the Office 365 Suite were used as part of my daily reporting. 

▪ Working as a deployment support analyst forced me to quickly learn and adapt to Taco Bell’s modernized brand standards, and my real-world understanding of IoT systems improved immensely.
