I am a motivated and skillful communicator with experience in cultivating meaningful interpersonal and intergroup relationships. With a Masters in Intercultural Communication, I have developed valuable training programs that bring people of different cultural backgrounds together as well as formulating strategies of diversity and inclusion in a vast array of organizations.

Throughout the course of my college career, I have achieved fluency in the German language as I gained useful communication skills during my semester abroad in Lower Saxony during the Spring of 2020. I am comfortable with ambiguity as I am adept at navigating uncertain situations to reach common ground and foster positive relationships among different parties.

My Masters has allowed me to become a capable problem-solver as I am able to find comprehensive and progressive solutions for societal and cultural issues. I have a deep understanding of other cultures and I possess skills of coordinating positive communication to overcome cultural differences.

In my previous position, I created and facilitated lesson plans for special needs students. I was effective in making meaningful connections to these students, as well as collaborating with other educators to reach their contextual goals.
