With over 10 years of experience in managing facilities, projects, and teams, I am a Facilities & Environmental Health and Safety Leader with a proven track record of delivering cost savings, operational efficiency, and physical security. I have a background in EH&S, military leadership, and facilities management, which gives me a diverse and valuable skill set for various sectors and industries.
 

Most recently, I was the Lab Operations Manager at Xaira Therapeutics, a company that is advancing AI technology to improve drug discovery and shorten the time to clinical trials. I oversaw the daily operations and maintenance of office and laboratory facilities in California and Washington, and managed all physical security and access control systems. I also directed and championed the construction and completion of a 177,000 sq.ft. lab and office space under budget, and led budgeting and cost control for facilities and lab operations. I negotiated commercial lab space/office space for 22,000 sq.ft.
