About Danielle McCafferty:

I am a yoga, movement, wellness facilitator with 10 years experience in pilates, functional movement, meditation, breathwork, athletic recovery, many different modalities of yoga. I strive to create a safe, holistic and authentic experience where we can receive the healing benefits of yoga in a way that feels accessible and “real” to us. 

Experience

I have 10 years experience being a contractor and having the opportunity to work with many different companies. I have worked with clients ranging from the NFL to drug rehabilitation treatment centers. My mission is to bring growth, healing, and movement to everyone, regardless of who you are. 

Education

My background and education is in criminal justice. I have a bachelors degree from UNLV, I then owned an insurance agency. My passion for yoga and wellness was born out of seeing so much trauma in my two previous professions and young life. I saw that no matter your background you can benefit from healing yourself in your way way.
