In my most recent role as Senior Construction Manager at Scott Felder Homes, I managed the full construction process, from permitting to homeowner orientation, while ensuring compliance with building codes and maintaining high standards of quality. Prior to that, as Construction Operations Director at Texas Classic Custom Homes, I led luxury and multifamily projects, focusing on cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and overcoming pandemic-related challenges. I also have significant experience in sales and marketing, having driven business growth and developed long-term client relationships at S&J Fence & General Contracting.
