About Daniel Kern:

I have over two years of teaching experience including business associate students in South Korea.  Also, while living in South Korea I volunteered at the UNESCO office in Seoul and taught English at one of the top public high schools in the country.

I was responsible for teaching Conversational English to about 500 students per semester.
Kyung-Bok High School (the high school of a former Korean President) offers 50 minute
conversational English lessons with a maximum number of 25 students per group. The
conversation classes I taught were predominantly structurally based. My students were of
High School levels 1-3. Part of my responsibility was to plan and facilitate high energy,
motivational sessions for the conversational classes and special advanced student sessions.
Other duties included placement testing and providing demonstration lessons for
prospective students. In 1998, I was entrusted with the successful implementation of the
High School English Club.
