I strive to help people and organizations reach greater levels of success. My favorite Bob Dylan line is "those not busy being born are busy dying," and I am passionate about assisting businesses and individuals find ways to think outside the box, allow for rebirth, and continue to grow. By improving skillsets through training and coaching or by providing sales tools, I want teams and people to understand where they are, where they want to be, and then help them get there. I believe in the "science of sales." I am a data nerd, and through careful examination of sales data, I have helped grow both top and bottom line revenue. As a seasoned sales operations professional, I am committed to improving sales results by creating innovative training sessions, engaging with the front-line sales staff, and advocating for programs that improve efficiency and drive teams toward greater success. 
 

I have extensive experience in operational and service excellence, reporting and analysis, industry expertise, turnaround strategy and business development, process improvement, leadership, and teamwork. I have successfully led efforts to optimize revenue growth, revamped training programs resulting in improved retention rates, completed projects with cross-functional teams, and provided solutions for changes in the organization and technology implementation. I have also integrated KPIs with sales analysis reporting, developed data-driven insight tools, assessed gaps in the market, and provided training and mentoring to new sales team members. I have extensive experience in leadership roles and have collaborated with C-Level executives to develop go-to-market strategies within varying verticals
