I process write-offs and write-off reversals along with developing clear and simplified monthly cash reports for over 40+ offices within the firm. I am well experienced in several software programs including Salesforce, AS400, Excel, Bottomline Legal X, ARCS, etc. I have a keen eye for creating efficient workflows and simplifying processes. My team consistently ranked first in month-end revenue initiatives, and I exceeded all benchmarks set by my employer.
