Camp Abilities Switzerland 2022 - Vallee de Joux, CH                                                                                                        July 2022

1 on 2 Assistant

• Assisted Dr. Lauren Lieberman and Dr. Valerie Caron in the establishment of the first Camp Abilities in Switzerland.
• Assisted 2 Ukrainian athletes with visual impairments in multiple sports activities such as soccer, tennis, karate, dance, basketball, and swimming.
• Developed strong relationships with over 20 athletes, over 20 fellow assistants, and multiple coordinators of the program.
• Taught a full basketball lesson to two groups of athletes with visual impairments.
• Used modified equipment - a basket (6 feet off the ground) for less physical demand in height for shooting the ball, implements for auditory use for shooting, etc.
