Former international elite spanish athlete, sport science researcher, entrerpreneur and athletic trainier.

I´ve developed my PhD research on neurophysiological and hemodynamic responses of a cluster set resistance training models. I have a special interest in the mechanisms underlying fatigue and neuromuscular adaptations of strength training.

I´m founder and CEO of a personal training company with three facilities where I try to apply research to daily training practice where I´ve developed my skils as a fitness - Wellness coach, Rehabilitation Movement Re-adaptation, Movement Education - Sports Initiation and Sports Training coaching. 

My daily labour focuses on the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient/athlethe back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness.

My communication skills are outstanding where I have the ability to speak in several languages ​​such as English, French, Portuguese, Spanish of course.
