2008 - Current

• Progressive roles in managing continuity plan, facilities, physical security, and expansion initiatives.
• Developed and currently maintains entire business continuity plan including Business Impact Analysis, Disaster Recovery Plan, Risk Assessments, etc. and led the Incident Response Team.
• Successfully modified branch operations during Covid pandemic to best service our customers and protect our staff through both conventional and non-conventional means. Additionally, led transition of staff to work from home during the 2020 Covid pandemic.
• Oversaw the renovation of a 10,000 sq ft multi-unit office building to a single occupant corporate headquarters.  Project included revising the floor plan, upgrading systems, and overhauling security posture.
• Currently overseeing the renovation of a 23,000 sq ft building for latest expansion initiative including a retail branch and 3 story administrative office for operational functions.
• Led initiatives that doubled the footprint of the bank through new branch openings and acquisition.
• Assisted area police departments, FBI, U.S. Postal Inspectors, and District Attorney’s Office with investigations of branch robberies and other incidents.
• Ongoing management of physical security posture for both retail and corporate locations.
• Developed and delivered live security training to 150+ employees annually.
• Designed and implemented all physical security systems for new locations and remodels.

• Managed a team of individuals and contractors to aid the company with remodeling existing stores and opening new stores.  
• Led a team that was deployed to Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina in 2005 to assist with community aid and rebuilding of retail locations. 
• Completed dozens of store remodels in addition to new store openings each year. 
• 100% of projects completed on time.
