  Created and deployed a program to onboard customers, maintain customer satisfaction with Bottomline’s Cyber Fraud and Risk Management Products with the goal of offering these solutions at a competitive cost and emphasis on short time to revenue. 

 Managed ~60 Java/Linux Software engineers, DevOps engineers, Technical Support engineers, Business Analysts, Project and Program Managers, Customer Success Managers globally (USA and offshore) to deliver on premise and cloud fraud detection solutions.  Under my management my team participated in taking over a data center that was previously outsourced to IBM, a project that helped reduce the cost of infrastructure operation by ~$20M/year.
