Dakota Smallwood

Currently I am an assistant lead for a warehouse, I help manage and run the warehouse throughout the night. I also accurately  select 1,000s of products throughout each  night.  In the daytime I manage and sell products for a local business, we do monthly reconciliation and weekly store restocks. I interact with people daily at both of my jobs wither it is helping a customer through and assortment of products, or helping a coworker with their tasks throughout the night. 

I have trained new hires, helping them along their journey to the start of a new career. I help run the warehouse, assuring each and every case is loaded on the truck accurately each night. Currently I have selected over a quarter million cases and approaching my way to four hundred thousand in my year and half I have been with them. For my daytime I open the store each day in a timely manor, I count the register and throughout the day help customers with anything needed. Monthly we do store reconciliations to keep track of inventory if anything is damaged out or comes broken out of the box. Weekly we restock the store and adjust inventory accordingly.

I graduated from National Trail High School in 2018,  in August of 2018 I attended Wright State University for the first semester of the year. I had decided I wanted to part ways with that and find my own path to success.
