I began my career as a Customer Service Representative at Bed Bath & Beyond, where I built a strong foundation in customer support, problem-solving, and sales. Through consistent performance and leadership, I was promoted to Registry Consultant, taking on increased responsibility while assisting customers with personalized services and account management. After relocating, I transitioned into a Gym Membership Consultant role, further strengthening my consultative sales approach and relationship-building skills. I then spent three years at Tesla, where I worked in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment that sharpened my communication skills, adaptability, and ability to learn complex systems quickly. After this experience, I made the intentional decision to pursue further education, at which time I worked as a Server, continuing to refine my multitasking, time management, and customer-focused skills.

While employed at Tesla, I completed a management course focused on developing leadership, communication, and organizational skills, providing a strong foundation in team coordination and operational support. Through this experience, I developed a desire to pursue a career in service-driven healthcare. I subsequently enrolled in and completed a Clinical Medical Assistant certificate program, where I gained hands-on training in patient care, clinical procedures, medication administration, and medical office support. This education allowed me to combine my strong interpersonal skills with technical healthcare knowledge in a professional clinical setting.
