I have spent the last 9 years of my working life in manufacturing coming straight from high school into the workforce. I began on the floor as a production operator servicing my internal customers' needs on a day-to-day basis. During this time as a production operator, I leaned towards the quality domain due to the pride that I took in my work providing the right product in the right place at the right time, RIGHT the FIRST TIME! I am a certified Michelin Quality Obtention Technician, graduating from Industrial Quality School in the spring of 2024. Quality to me means safety for my external customer and safety for myself and my peers ergonomically. I take pride in the fact that my business unit strives to apply our standards, remain observant, react to our deviations, and trust that they can alert me when help is needed to return to standard. I also have a dual Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Murray State Colleges Manufacturing Technologies program.
