• Providing excellent customer service to guests, which include:
• Checking in and checking out guests
• Delivery of toiletries and linens
• Answering inquiries via phone and in person
• Responding to emails from guests and corporate entities
• Verbally recognizing IHG members
• Performing night auditing duties, which include:
• Reconciling deposit, guest, and A/R ledgers for M3 software
• Being Manager On Duty overnight
• Providing all services as a front desk agent overnight
• Preparing for the new day by rolling the day in Opera and M3
• Audit key logs and sign in sheets
• Prepare check lists

• Using the facility scheduler for full clean days for housekeeping
• Calling 3rd parties for payment when unable to take full payment
• Balance inventory for two weeks ahead. 
• Adding credit cards to reservations
• Checking Sertifi for credit card authorizations for corporate clients
