I have a Bachelors degree in English, with several years experience teaching and tutoring the English language. I am passionate about teaching English Language to Adult learners from all walks of life.  I have taught in classroom settings, virtually and one on one.  Although, I speak three other languages, I am fully aware that the ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing is crucial because it is the universal language.  Proficiency in it enables individuals to express themselves clearly, understand others, engage in meaningful conversations and conduct business. Its on this premise that I have become a strong advocate for breaking communication barriers, hence my love for teaching English. After my initial meeting with every new student, l usually embark on customizing their English lesson plan based on their learning need/s and gaps. For example, individuals interested in learning conversational English will learn by engaging in very interactive sessions, using varied visual aids and learning materials to enable them fast track their language fluency. On the other hand, students that need English language proficiency for academia and or business usage will undergo more rigorous yet enjoyable learning experiences, that will include audio-lingual method, reading, writing, spelling activities among other learning engagements. I am patient, l give a lot of positive reinforcement, l embrace the fact that every learner, learns differently and I am dedicated in seeing my students succeed. 

Have experience teaching in high school, university, adult education and one on one sessions. This had been done in different locations. Have taught and tutored learners in English and Kiswahili languages as an employee and as a private tutor. 

Have taught HR in the university as well as provided training on it. At the Catholic University
