I have an AA in arts degree from Centralia College. I have 3/4ths of a BA in Education K-8th, and a BA in Business Applied Management as of June 2024.

I possess a diverse professional background spanning administrative support, customer service, sales, marketing, project management, and education.

In administrative and support roles, I have experience with secretarial duties, record management (including sensitive information like burial and medical records), scheduling, billing, and transcribing dictation. My customer service and sales experience includes working directly with clients, managing inquiries, and promoting services.

My marketing and business ownership experience highlights entrepreneurial skills, including managing social media, creating marketing materials, buying and selling properties and vehicles, and operating a pilot car service. This demonstrates abilities in lead generation, negotiation, and operational management.

In the education sector, I have experience as a para-educator and substitute teacher across a wide range of grade levels, including special education, focusing on student safety and learning, and providing office support.

Additionally, I have demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills as a day-shift lead, managing teams and ensuring safety protocols. 

My experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Management and an Associate of Arts degree.
