I've been senior HR at several companies specializing in ER, Training, and Recruiting. In my previous roles, I have served as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, policy interpretation, accommodations, and investigations.  I have served as second chair in multiple union negotiations across 4 separate companies. I have written MOUs and responses to grievances and in preperations for arbitration. I am comfortable in  the manufacturing environment, and I'm a strong believer in walking the floor.
