Hello, my name is Craig Sanders. I’m an experienced Senior IT Director with over two decades of experience leading enterprise systems and driving IT strategies for organizations in both business and higher education. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully implemented large-scale projects such as Salesforce CRM, Five9 Dialer, and Marketo platforms, which have significantly improved engagement, communication, and operational efficiency.
